Therefore, use care in revealing any pertinent information that can hinder your bargaining position.
You should expect a licensee to:

• Provide reasonable care and skill for any funds entrusted to the broker;

Client/Principal
Becoming a Client/Principal through a written agreement
You should expect a licensee to:
• Lawfully owe their principal fiduciary duties and responsibilities;
• Treat you with the utmost respect, candor and rectitude;
• Provide unparalleled negotiation and communication skills;
• Counsel, guide and serve as an expert advisor;
• Keep clients up-to-date with the latest real estate market data, trends and laws;
• Problem-solve any issues that may arise at any time during the sale or purchase of a property;
• Use integrity and analytical skills when negotiating on a property, especially during an inspection, as it is one of the most significant influences in the final sale of a property;
• Safeguard and protect your interests at all times;
