What is your typical process in obtaining notarial services with your company?


Typically, we would request the following information:

 

 Document type

  Number of signature pages

  If witnesses are needed

  Number of signers

  An upload of the document(s) to be notarized

  Once the required information is received, we will contact you to coordinate a date and time to meet at your designated area of your choice. 


Do you provide witnesses?

Yes. We can provide a witness for an additional fee.


Are there any requirements/restrictions?

Requirements - No exceptions


  Signer(s) must be present to perform notarizations.

  Signer(s) will be required to provide a valid government issued identification that is non expired.

  Signer(s) must be lucid. If a signer appears confused, disoriented, uncertain or mentally incapable of understanding a given document, services will be denied and no refunds will be issued.

  Blank signature page(s) will not be notarized. 

  Payment must be made prior to your scheduled appointment.

LOAN SIGNING SERVICES

$299 per assignment. Includes meeting with signer, notarizing signature(s), and returning documents to the branch for processing.


PRINTING SERVICES

$2 for the first page and .25 for each additional.

Request for printed documents must be informed to us prior to your scheduled appointment.  


Additional fees may apply due to travel distance, weekend hours, holidays or after office hours.
