In the dynamic world of New York real estate, Nin Realty stands as a groundbreaking visionary venture that merges a multi-service expertise into a unique, family-owned business.
Founded by Jessennia Nin, a Brooklyn native with a fundamental passion for helping others, began her career in 2005 managing client portfolios for a major financial institution. During her tenure, she organized over a dozen community events each year to empower local residents to make informed financial decisions. These efforts not only provided crucial support to her community but also helped propel her branch to become the #1 top-grossing sales team in New York State.
After several years in finance, Jessennia decided to pursue her lifelong passion for real estate. Joining the new development team for one of the most prestigious luxury real estate and relocation franchises in the world. She dove headfirst into the industry and broadened her knowledge from sales to law, architecture to interior design, and didn't stop there. Wanting to learn the many different branches of real estate, she dove once again into one of the hottest markets known today, affordable housing. She worked alongside various city, state, and federal agencies on some of New York City's most iconic new development projects, which include EŌS NoMad, VIA 57 West, 555TEN, The Copper, The Eugene, and many more. Her experiences not only helped her embrace a client-first philosophy but also in understanding the critical importance of multifaceted business strategies to meet the diverse needs of New Yorkers.

Nin supports NYC's carbon challenge by partnering with owners and developers to sell and/or purchase land revitalization opportunities that deliver sustainable solutions for community redevelopment. This is our way of taking action against climate change and addressing environmental issues within our communities, helping to make our planet a safer living space for future generations.
Commitment
We are currently working on environmental and economic initiatives that can help homeowners go solar!
For the next five years, 1% of the brokerage total annual commission earned from each property sold will be divided and granted to three homeowners (in our community) to invest in the Sustainable Energy Marketplaces! Purchases can be made towards energy-efficient products that meet global and sustainable development goals which can include solar panels, batteries, lighting, ventilation, water heating, and much more.
